    The Committee on Agriculture moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

“A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by

    adding thereto a new section, designated §19-2B-13, relating

    to poultry inspection exemptions; and that regulations

    regarding inspections may not apply to poultry producers

    with respect to poultry raised and slaughtered by the

producer on his or her farm, so long as the producer slaughters not more than three thousand poultry during the calendar year for which the exemption is being determined.”
